Miguel Premoli – Global VP HR, No7 Beauty Company and International Retail Miguel joined WBA in 2019 and is the Global Human Resources Vice President for No7 Beauty Company and International Retail with over 30 years of Strategic Business Partnering and Talent Management experience across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa in FMCG, Retail and Digital companies. Miguel has a strong business background and is highly accomplished in leading large scale transformational changes, designing and implementing Human Resources Strategies and he pioneered state of the art interventions to drive cultural change, employee engagement and leadership development. Prior to joining WBA, Miguel spent over 16 years at PepsiCo, his last four years as Vice President Talent Management Europe Africa (EMEA), prior to that he held senior roles in Walmart, Neoris and Colgate. Miguel is from Argentina where he suited Economics, an MBA, and Post Graduate specialization in Human Resources. His Career took him to Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain and now London, he most recently was accredited as Global Fellow in Talent Management. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and four children when not working
